Chadstone Shopping Centre Click and Collect is Now Available. This pick up is via Chadstone Valet Parking (Not In Store). Please check a follow up email once your order is prepared to select a pickup time window organised by Chadstone Parcel Concierge. If you need to make changes to your parcel concierge appointment, please contact the Chadstone Valet Service Team, quoting your Trendy Creature Order Number.

How it works:

  1. Once you place a Click & Collect on our website, you’ll receive an email stating that we are currently preparing your order.
  2. You’ll be contacted via a follow up email once it’s ready for your collection. Click the link in the email to select a collection time for the Parcel Concierge service.
  3. Once you’ve booked an appointment with Parcel Concierge, you will receive a booking confirmation email and an SMS reminder of your appointment. This email will include directions to the Parcel Concierge location.
  4. Head to the Parcel Concierge location for your appointment with your ID and confirmation email to collect your order! You’ll receive an SMS message afterwards confirming your order has been picked up.

Domestic and International Delivery:

Please note that the impacts of the pandemic are causing significant delays with Australia Post delivery network.

Australia Domestic Orders – Parcel tracking number is updated via your Paypal transaction details.

  • Your order is usually processed within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. When your order is processed, you will be provided with a parcel tracking number via your Paypal account or Afterpay reply email. The shipping status of your order can then be tracked on the Australia Post website.
  • In cases of damaged or loss in transit, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for the return of the damaged goods or to report loss if it did not arrive within the stipulated timeframe.

International Orders

  • All international parcels are sent with Australia Post International Express. Most orders will take between 5-25 business days worldwide for delivery. International delivery fee is $18, Free For International Orders Above $165 AUD.
  • If your parcel has taken a while and if you did not receive any notification, please contact your local post office as soon as possible to verify.
  • International delivery times may also vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country.
  • Deliveries by the postal service are not in our control so we seek your understanding for a flexibility of transit time of your parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage in the postal system for international deliveries.
  • Please note that all international orders are subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Undeliverable Packages

We regret to inform that all undelivered packages will be subject to return shipping costs.

Returns and Exchange Policy For Online Purchases

At Trendy Creature, we wish to provide you with a delightful shopping experience! All our items are inspected before being delivered to you. However, should there be any issues, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Items will only be exchanged or refunded if you received faulty or damaged goods.
  • The cost of returning items for exchange or refund is to be paid by the customer. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We will only accept refunds & exchanges within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. Unfortunately, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • All earrings due to hygiene reason.
    • Final sale items

Returns & Exchanges Details For Online Purchases

  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the package. Immediately upon receipt, we will inspect and process your return request to ensure that you are served as quickly as possible. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is done!

How to make a return or exchange for online purchases

  • Email us at contactus@trendycreature.com . Let us know the reason for your refund/ exchange.
  • We will provide you with a return form to complete.
  • Place the completed form, along with the item(s) (unworn and with tags attached, if applicable), in a securely sealed shipping package to :

  • We recommend a tracking number from your shipping label. Remember to note down the tracking number and inform us so that we can keep track of the delivery status too.

 Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial.
  • Unfortunately, Trendy Creature is not responsible for any postage loss of return packages without tracking information.
  • By purchasing from trendycreature.com, you accept these terms and conditions.
  • Once we receive your order back we will contact you with details of your refund and any other relevant information.  

AFTERPAY

The payment arrangement is made with Afterpay and they will approve payments at time of order. For first time Afterpay customers the first payment will be charged at the time of purchase. Existing Afterpay customers first payment will be charged 14 days from date of purchase. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at time of purchase. *If you fail to make a payment you will be charged a late fee of $10 and if still overdue an additional $7 will be charged one week later.
